machine to fold Mylar balloons off-line into 1/16th size with four consecutive
folds
The machine was designed by us in India, and the
prototype was made in the United States.
Key design features:
- Completely pneumatic operation
- Automatic operation from a stack of 100
balloons in a tray
- Only one change-part for changing over from
round to heart-shaped balloon
- 20 balloons can be folded per minute
- The balloons are kept pressed for 5-8 seconds
before delivery, so they crease well
